Our growing team of dedicated speech therapists brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Speak 2 Me. In our commitment to evidence-based therapy, we participate in ongoing continuing education and pursue advanced training and certifications to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. 

Stephanie Alcazar, M.S., CCC-SLP

Stephanie Alcazar, M.S., CCC-SLP

Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist

Stephanie received her bachelor's degree in psychology and public relations from Florida State University and her master's degree in speech-language pathology from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds a master's degree in integrated marketing and management. Stephanie has experience working with individuals of all ages in home health, daycares, schools (public, private, and charter), and pediatric and adult outpatient clinics.

 

Stephanie takes a collaborative approach to therapy as she truly understands the vital role families and caregivers have in their children's development. Stephanie is dedicated to providing families with quality care and unparalleled attention. 

Stephanie has advanced training and/or certifications in:

  • Hanen-Certified Speech-Language Pathologist for It Takes Two to Talk

  • PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets)

  • Lively Letters and Sight Words You Can See

 

Stephanie started Speak 2 Me Speech Therapy to make meaningful differences in people's lives through family-centered services and to develop a team that shares the same passion.

Alessia DelPozzo

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Alessia received her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida in August of 2021. Alessia found her passion in speech-language pathology upon seeing her younger brother's journey through speech therapy and the significant impact his speech therapist had in his life. She has been working with children of various ages since she was 15 years old as a camp counselor.  Alessia implements a variety of therapy techniques for ultimate success with each child she works with. She is well versed with working in various settings since joining the Speak 2 Me team, and has experience via in-home, daycares, preschools and elementary schools, and more recently, at behavioral clinics.  Alessia's future plans include furthering her educational career by obtaining her master's degree in speech-language pathology, as well as growing with the Speak 2 Me family.

Paige Kwasigroch

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Paige received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida in August of 2020. Paige found her passion in speech-language pathology her junior year of high school while taking an American Sign Language course. She is fluent in American Sign Language, and has five years of knowledge. She implements a variety of therapy techniques to accommodate every individual child’s needs. Paige has gained valuable experience working in private schools and behavioral clinics that serve Pre-K through high school aged children. Paige’s future plans include furthering her educational career by obtaining her master’s degree in speech-language pathology, and growing with the Speak 2 Me family.
